More than Aesthetic:
Athlete Body Image Workshop
Athletes exist in environments where bodies are constantly evaluated by coaches, teammates, judges, uniforms, mirrors, and metrics. Over time, this pressure can quietly undermine confidence, concentration, enjoyment of sport, and overall mental health. If you’ve ever felt distracted, critical, or disconnected from your body in sport, you’re not alone. Our expert clinicians are here to help you build a healthier, more trusting relationship with your body so you can feel more confident, present, and grounded in training and competition.
Sanative Counseling and Wellness Center is offering a four-week online program to help you learn how to build the skills you need for attunement and self-advocacy as an athlete. This offering is now CANCELLED.
