Payments Accepted

We currently accept self-pay clients as well as Optum, Harvard Pilgrim, United Health, Allways Health Partners, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna, and Tufts insurances.

We also accept out-of-network benefits from other insurance carriers. If you opt to utilize out-of-network benefits, we will provide you with invoices or superbills for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Your insurance company may reimburse you for part or complete service fees. Contact your insurance company in advance to confirm if your plan covers out-of-network mental health providers.

Under law, health care providers must provide patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for all non-emergency services. This is referred to as a Good Faith Estimate and it is shared prior to the start of services. Please refer to the Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges notice for more information about your rights under federal law.

All fees are due at the time of each session. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, personal check, and all major credit cards.
